Support Professional (multiple openings)
Support Professionals provide adminsitration and troubleshooting services over the phone and through remote access sessions for our Total IT clients. This position requires hands-on experience, excellent troubleshooting skills and beyond excellent communication skills. Openings for level 1 through level 4 skill levels exist. We are looking for the following skills:
- 2 to 5 years experience in the IT industry as a helpdesk, desktop support or server level administrator.
- Bachelors Degree
- MCP, MCSA or MCSE preferred
- Industry Certifications – CCNA, CCNP
- Recent hands on technical expertise with Microsoft and Cisco technologies – Active Directory, Exchange Server, SharePoint, SQL Server, ISA Server, PIX, Cisco IOS, Windows Server, Windows XP, Vista
- Ability to write scripts in VBScript
- Deep commitment to client satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Committed to growing technical skills
- Must work well under pressure
